Calling all inquisitive inventors...

This camp will focus on the process of making. A mistake isn't a mistake in art, it is an expression of the process. So let’s get creative diving into all sorts of art techniques and mediums. From pottery to print making, textiles and beyond. (9am-3pm, Ages 4-10) **Aftercare is available.

Let's put our experimenter googles on and make some slime!

The week will entail a mystery to solve and end with a collaborative volcano. Children will search for clues and evidence as they test out their slime making skills. Field trips may include a walk to the police dept for a tour or other. (9am-3pm, Ages 4-10) **Aftercare is available.

The Carnival Cook off has arrived at the Play Garden…

Our little chefs will be making art inspired by creative edible eats as well as a few they can actually eat. We will use a variety of methods and materials such as paper mache, clay, mosaics, screen printing and painting. The week will close with a fun carnival to showcase our creations. (9am-3pm, Ages 4-10) **Aftercare is available.

Time to bring out the camp fire smores! 

What's the best part of summer....Camping of course. We will be creating our own mini camp ground right here at The Whimsy Play Garden. The week will entail tent making, naturescavenger hunts, star gazing-constellation maps, home made trail mix, team building activities and more. Field trips may include nature/park walks. What will our magic wands conjure up...

Wizard spells, fairy hideaways, castles and a dragons lair are just a few of the whimsical adventures we'll embark upon. We will take nature walks to collect sticks for weaving,build tee pees and paint sea shells for our mystical lands. (9am-3pm, Ages 4-10) **Aftercare is available.

Gizmos and gadgets oh my...

Our little engineers and architects will explore new ways to use found objects. Dissecting toys, motorized contraptions, scribble machines, marble runs and more. Mini think tank sessions, group collaborations and experimentation with objects that fly, float and crawl will be part of our daily design challenges. (9am-3pm, Ages 4-10) **Aftercare is available.

Paint splattering, wheel turning, popping and spilling.

Join us for some fun in our new Paint Splat Space. Children will have the freedom to explore paint in new ways, build mechanisms to splatter paint such as pulleys, pendulums and bucket spills. Our immersive techniques allow for active art on another level. (Ages 4-10)
